This is an introduction of what I learned in this subject - LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR MULTIMEDIA. Before this, I really thought that law subject is definitely boring, hard and complicated to learn. Of course the way I've been taught has changed my perception towards law. I started to realized that law is quite interesting to learn. In my opinion, law is specialized for people and we deserved for it. Its about to protect and to give rights for people towards attaining the fairness and peace in life.
Almost everyday we have been through with law without realizing it. As simple as reading a newspaper or watching a TV news, we actually facing a lot of law cases. As for example, criminals happened in Malaysia includes robbery, rape; and civil cases like divorce are the most common example of law cases which we can see in newspapers or TV news daily.
Like I said earlier, the law should assist towards attaining the fairness and peace in life. However, as my own perception; law is the right thing to be implemented for society but some people are just taking it for granted. Some are just love to use the law to threatened other people or make them in trouble. For me, this is a situation where it can happened anywhere and to anyone in this world.
However, this is just my general opinion for what happened to the law nowadays. Different people might have different opinion for this issue:)
